Update and Garden Pics

My friend is doing better.  She is now doing rehab at the hospital, so that's great.
I had my cycle review and nothing new like usual.  I told the nurse how frustrated I am and feel like I'm not doing enough to help us get pregnant.  She said the usual stuff:  you are doing everything that we are prescribing/recommending, it takes time, you're still young!  She told me that she had her last child at age 40.  I said, when did you have your first?!  Age 30.  See, you are already ahead of me!  I know she was just trying to be nice and make me feel better, but it didn't help.  Finally she asked if I had had a phone consult with Dr. H.  I said it was never offered to me except for my one-week post-op phone call after my laparatomy, and only after the nurse had answered all of my questions!  So, I now have a phone consult with Dr. H this coming Friday.  I'm trying to compile a list of questions and/or recommendations as to what I should be doing to get pregnant...if any of you have any ideas, please let me know!!
This is my current protocol:  Femara 5mg cd4-8, Vit B6 500mg SR daily, Fertile CM 3x/day cd 8-p+2, Mucinex 1200mg daily cd 8-p+2 and HCG injections 2000iu p+3, p+5, p+7 & p+9.
Both the femara and hcg injections are to help with immature follicle syndrome and the other three are to help with limited CM.  My CM has definitely improved since starting all of this, so that's good.  I didn't take femara last cycle due to a mix-up, but had an US on pre- and post-peak.  That didn't confirm ovulation I guess.  I'm just looking forward to talking to the doctor directly and coming up with a new/better plan!
Now for some garden pics!  These are pics from about 3 weeks ago...I will post new ones in a few days.  I've actually already eaten a beet, three cucumbers, sugar snap peas, beans and a few grape tomatoes!
